Why Don't I See this Card More?

I'm building a Zada deck, and it seems like Commando Raid should be an all-star, but I haven't seen it anywhere in Zada decklists. So does anyone know why Commando Raid isn't as popular? Thanks!

Thanks for the input! That theory makes a lot of sense. I was just wondering if you could use it like a one-sided board wipe, hitting everyone equally and killing all their creatures.

You should definetly give it a try ;) test out wether it is underperforming for you or you find it to be doing, what you want it to.

Yeah, that's true, but I was focusing on it in a Zada build, it's pretty bad removal anywhere else. I just didn't understand why it doesn't show up on her EDHREC page at all. Thanks for your input!

Because Soul's Fire is better and more flexible also Chandra's Ignition is another card that would be better since it can clear a board all but your creature.
These are cards I would use way before that one

No Problem
With zada and the right timing you can destroy a game with Arcbond
you might generate some hate but hey that's chaos :)

@hejtmane Be careful with Soul's Fire aswell as Fall of the Hammer, they do not work with Zada. I see this mistake very often. (it is even on edhrec on 23%) Spells need to only target Zada to be copied and both cards have two targets. (Unless of course you target Zada with the damage aswell but that would just kill all your creatures.)
Commando Raid looks like a fine card. My Zada Deck is an all out storm deck so i don't do much combat. (this is my reason for not having it)

Yeah, that's a bummer. I really wanted to one-shot some people with Soul's Fire. Thanks for the information!

Don't play her myself, but a friend of mine has a deck...let me say it like this: player removal = permanent removal. So if you kill one dead with other synergy spells, that are less mana expensive and situational, you won't have to worry about the dead man's creatures anyways. I could have a completely wrong view on the topic, just what i figured is a factor with the card.
