One of the great things about tappedout now allowing altered art printings is that we can now add custom cards, like this Storm Crow
and this The Mimeoplasm.
Anyways, here are there are the generals I've designed.

Oh man four color generals are always an odd subject to tackle due to the many different ways you can do it. From my guess, I assume you just tried to make each color have their own representation in the creature? This method is straightforward and can lead to pretty nice cards like Juxo, but then get some weird ones like Poacher of the Skies.
Some go by simply putting each color as a rep in the card, but others, like Soulgorger, take their abilities into account in the style of two separately guilds they have. Soulgorge has Devour as a Gruul ability and then the lose/gain life as an Orzhov ability. Which the original Nephilim have done it in this style, actually. It seems like Xymbus has a bit of that concept as well. Boros burn + Simic creature clone.
Another way, which is the way I like to experiment with, is basing it on what color it DOESN'T have. With four colors, you're just one away from being rainbow and thus being a generally themed card, so what is making it different than a rainbow card? That'd be the one color it does not have. As simple as a protection from the color, you can make abilities based on fighting against the color. Like Poacher of the Skies seems a bit odd to be anti-flying when it has the biggest flying colors in it. If it were the sans blue quad colors, it could make sense.
Sorry if I went on a tangent about this, but I guess I've just really been into how quad colors can be done. Some people say it's too awkward and impossible, like even Wizards has stated it before, but I see some potential in making these cards.

Liking them! Rhakador is way too good though... Also Soulgorger feels like a win the moment he gets on the battlefield. I would consider adding an activation cost of at least 
to his ability.
