Was thinking about enchantments that immediately give value when cast. Whether that's "When card etb remove a creature or noncreature" "gain x life" etc etc.

Theres not many that simply "When this card ETB draw a card" so I came up with a U/W card like that. What do you think?

  • Iced Ring

  • Enchantment Aura

  • Flash. When Iced Ring enters the field draw a card. Enchanted creature gains Indestuctible & Hexproof

  • Enchant creature YOU control,at the begining of your upkeep tap enchanted creature. It does not untap during your untap phase. Its activated abilities cannot be activated

Another one I thought of in them with this

- Orzhov Goblet- Enchantment Aura

  • When Orzhov Goblet ETB draw a card and you lose 2 life.

  • Enchant creature YOU control. Enchanted creature gains first strike and deathtouch. Prevent all damage creature would deal to players. At the beginning of your upkeep you lose 2 life.

  • Gamble Cloak

  • Enchantment Aura

  • When Gamble Cloak ETB draw a card.

  • Enchanted creature you control. Enchanted creature gains double strike and menace. Whenever enchanted creature attacks of blocks it gets -3/-0

The first one is only just playable in limited but could combo in constructed as it does one of two things.

  1. gives immortality to a non activated ability. or

  2. the common case of blocks a creature and then becomes nearly useless.

the second one is busted.

for two mana and no card loss target creature can't be beaten in combat so either blocks forever or on a trample dude just destroys.

The third is twice as fast an unstoppable clock to your opponent then the highest power among creatures you control and if you only flip heads it still kill you first. also still no card loss.

I do like the idea of self replacing auras though

The hybrid mana symbols seem unnecessary.
