A Walker for my Pet Deck

Not going to shamelessly advertise the deck that gave me inspiration for this, but if you're interested, it's on my profile.
Anyhow, I tried to make a taxing walker that's balanced and playable in the right build. The wording is probably off, but I'm honestly not too picky about that. So tell me what you think :)

I really like this card. Just to let you know, using an actual number ( 1 ) is an indicator of life/damage/power/toughness (Lightning Bolt, Bump in the Night, Mutagenic Growth, etc.), the word of the number ( one ) is an indicator of number of permanents/cards/amuont of mana (Brainstorm, Frost Breath, Birds of Paradise, etc.), and the symbol ( 
) is an indicator of mana cost (Boreal Druid, Seething Song, etc.). I have OCD, so I thought I'd say something.

I like it! This would be sweet in my pet deck Tipping the scale. It fetches Stasis and the ulti is anotger wincon :). The + is balanced and if notging else it stops twin in modern.
