An Esper Planeswalker Anyone?

So,I was brainstorming over the weekend, and..
I love Brago, King Eternal, but I hate that he's 
and not 
.. Sooo, I decided to create my own Commander for an Esper Colored Blink style deck. I thought I'd post my ideas here to get some feedback.
She's a Planeswalker and she doesn't have a definitive name yet, but here's what I've got:
Name: ???
CMC: 
Type: Planeswalker - ???
Rarity: Mythic Rare
Starting Loyalty: 3
Can be your Commander
??? does not lose Loyalty Counters when she is put into Exile.
+2: Exile the top card of your Library face-up, you may put it in your hand. If you do, you lose 1 Life.
+X: Put a Loyalty Counters on ??? for each card currently in Exile.
0: Exile ??? and target Permanent an Opponent controls, then return them to the Battlefield under their owner's control. This Ability may be activated any time you could cast an Instant if you pay 6 Life.
-X: Exile 'X' Permanents you control, then return them to the Battlefield under your control.
-20: You get an Emblem with:
- "Whenever a Permanent you controls becomes Exiled, you may Exile target Permanent an Opponent controls."
and
: Return target face-up Exiled card you own to your hand. You lose life equal to its Converted Mana Cost. Activate this Ability only once each turn.
What do you think? She definitely has some issues to iron out, but I'm happy with the flavor of it overall. Tons of Blink synergy, a flashy Venser-esqe Emblem; I like the direction she's going. Any feedback is appreciated!

To give you the scale of things: the most broken planeswalker of all times had 4 abilities. Yours has 5. Oh, and he can be your commander.

Uh, +X doesn't work the way you want it to here. +X doesn't actually work on any planeswalker. You can name any number and that many loyalty counters are put on as the cost and then the ability resolves. Basically, it doesn't matter how many cards are in exile, you just say +1,000,000 and it has that many.
The 0 is also incredibly screwy. If it was to exile two target permanents that share a type, and return them to their owner's control, it'd probably be fine, though. That said, I think it would mean removing the -X and making this a -1, maybe.

Way, way too much text. Look at the space available on a card and reconsider your ability choices.
Also, the "doesn't lose counters in exile" ability doesn't do anything for you because the counters will still reset on card ETB.
