Forum's been a bit dead lately, so let's revitalize it!!
Probably a card that would eventually be banned if it was real (no offence :p). Nice concept in any case!

mpeach1 and Joumba I tried to balance it by making sure that each player gets a fair chance and a full hand, but it would definitely be banned. Also, I got a feeling that this would make Selective Memory good :)

In order to prepare your own library to fail eternally? that would be a awesome shenanigan! Maybe Surgical Extraction and Extirpate if you can drop some cards early....

This card is Silver Boardered to the extreme. It's not that they wouldn't do this in black boarder, it's that they can't do this in black boarder.
That said, this card is nutty XD

For this card, maybe try to utilize the wording on Shared Fate? (If they ever made a five colored commander that could tutor for it, it'd be hilarious to play only 4+ colored cards and give your opponents a deck they can't play because of the color identity limiting what mana your lands can make.)

That wording could work Hacker, but it sounds a bit clunky to me (personal opinion). And in EDH this would be properly hilarious :)
