Angrath on New Capenna

Since I love Minotaur and I love Angrath, and since I am having so much fun making cards for New Capenna, I decided to make Angrath on NC! :D
Canonically, Angrath is not an evil guy. He has a short fuse and a horrible temper, but he mostly just Planeswalks to various worlds to collect things for his two daughters. When we saw him on Ixalan, he had been trapped there for 14 years, so his rage was understandable. Then we saw him again on Ravnica, where he once again felt imprisoned. Despite him appearing to be evil in his depiction of Angrath, Captain of Chaos, he actually was fighting against Bolas by using his powers to take control of the Dreadhorde Army - since his magical powers is the ability to incite rage in others.
So! :3
I figure Angrath on New Capenna could have gone there to look for Phyrexian metal to smith and discovered the collection of priceless artifacts that the Maestros collect. Once there, he found himself doing jobs for the only crew that he would have naturally fit into - The Riveteers.
Angrath, Riveteer Muscle
Legendary Creature - Angrath
When Angrath, Riveteer Muscle enters the battlefield, you may have him deal damage to any target equal to his loyalty.
+1 You may destroy target artifact or enchantment. If you do, create a treasure token. If that permanent was legendary, creature two treasure tokens instead.
-4 Target creature fights another target creature.
-8 Gain control of all creatures, then destroy target non-creature permanent for each creature you control that you do not own. Untap each creature you control. They gain haste and must attack this turn if able.
4
His ETB ability showcases his rage and violence.
His +1 shows him doing jobs for The Riveteers and being paid handsomely for it.
His -4 shows him using his powers to cause riots and sow dissent within the ranks of others.
His -8 shows him completely taking over a crime family, not unlike how he completely took over the pirate crew on Ixalan.
"You may destroy target artifact or enchantment. If you do, create a treasure token. If that permanent was legendary, creature two treasure tokens instead." should probably be "Destroy up to one target artifact or enchantment." cause if there is nothing on board then he can't +

MollyMab: Not true, compare Affectionate Indrik. "May" gives you the possibility to decline an action, so that works just fine.

Like the idea! How about rewriting the +1 to sound like:
"Each player sacrifices an artifact or enchantment. For each permanent sacrificed this way, you create a Treasure token. If that permanent was legendary, create two Treasure tokens instead.
To justify the proposal, I'd say it's not usual for or to destroy enchantments, but both are good at sacrificing stuff. This way, though, we'd weaken the ability for opponent to choose the permanents, and to balance that instead of "target" there's "each player" which would potentialy generate more value in multiplayer. And it would mean yourself as well, but Rakdos is rather known of getting value out of it ;)
What do you think TypicalTimmy?

I can imagine this card in a Jund ramp deck with Doubling Season. Enters with 8 counters, deals 8 damage to something, immediately ult and kill a bunch of lands. Then turn 'em all sideways. Immediate resource and life total advantage for the rest of the game.
In response to rotimislaw's comment, you could just change enchantment to Planeswalker and keep the rest of the wording the same. That would put it more in line with the color pie.

Well, black is being used for enchantment removal, and Angrath is very destructive in his temper. So I feel that destroying artifacts and enchantments is more in line with the lore I was establishing, especially being recruited by The Riveteers.

Oh, nevermind, I just now noticed that it isn't a "until end of turn" effect. Wow, the DubSeas/Vorinclex trick is now even mightier.

We need more walkers where their ult essentially wins you the game.

This is a great design from start to finish. MV6 walkers need to do work to be good, and this one sure does!
For 6 mana, he enters, kills a threat and usually Shatters something else while still ramping you. That's instantly affecting the board, indeed.
The -4 is basically a free Clash of Titans (which does cost 5 mana for a reason).
The ultimate is a beefed up Insurrection. That's insane, and definitely worth 8 loyalty.
Great design!
