I think the ability should read: "Until end of turn, you may cast creature cards that are in exile." Other than that, looks pretty cool. I think it would be pretty easy to get some infinite combos with it (sac outlet + Ornithopter + a card that does something when a creature dies) so it might be a bit overpowered.

Maybe : Until end of turn, you may cast target creature in exile? That way you'd have to pay for each iteration of the loop so you'd need a mana generator too to make it infinite.

I was getting more at the fact that it's missing a duration. What you have right now is the wording of a static ability in the format of an activated ability.
Also, you aren't following the wording conventions.

Ok sorry about the wording conventions issue. My idea was that it worked similarily to Havengul Lich, where you pay extra for each spell you play from exile. The way omnipotato said it actually states it best on what I meant.
Epochalyptik: I'd actually would really appreciate it if you showed me how it'd be written in proper wording conventions.

It's good practice to look at other cards that have similar effects and analyze how they're worded. There are also basic conventions like using "cast" instead of "play."
Also, this would be a decent combo general.

Epochalyptik: thank you a lot! And I was thinking there would be some great combos going along with this guy. I also thought that it was a great way to use delve and effects like Food Chain for infinite recasting of creatures with etb effects.

make it cost a total of 6 and make the second ability a +1/+1 counter b/b of all the green and blue proliferate/ doubling season stuff

I feel as though if it were +1/+1 counters, it'd be too overpowered and not as strong at pushing you to exile cards to get them into graveyards. But that is a valid point.
