These sets of cards brings in 35 reprints and 35 new cards that are designed to at least partially help remove barrier of entry from modern and legacy.they are filled with staples : new cards that at least help fill the need for some legacy staples and old and new cards that are loaded with good cards . If we were actually gonna fill boosters , those should be 2 cards and one of the 15 premium lands in the set , due to the fact that these packs have guaranteed value , and the lesser of cards you can get are azorius and Boros charms so any more would cause significant loss in the value of these memorable cards . How's the idea . Also the packs could sell anywhere from 10 to 15 dollars as they are at least better than mm.
Also, more importantly, I think: "Easier goal" and "reprinting Legacy staples" are usually mutually exclusive. Heck, "reprinting" and "Legacy staples" often are. Stuff like the ABUR duals, which are utterly key in Legacy, are on the Reserve List. You can't reprint them.

First of all, a set of only 75 cards would be released as a secondary product (not as part of the typical four yearly block sets/core sets), which means it would be illegal for use in Modern because only eternal formats get the cards from secondary products.
The rest of the explanation is, pardon my bluntness, pretty bad. It doesn't seem like there's a coherent idea behind this proposition.

Okay. Um. What I'm getting is: a set of 70 cards, used to help people get into Modern and Legacy. 35 are brand new, 35 are reprints. Either sell them as one big ol' lump, or in sets of 3 cards: one land, one new card, one old card.
What cards did you have in mind to reprint? What ideas did you have for new cards? We need more information than this. (It also needs to make sense grammatically, but that's a can of worms I don't want to open.)
