I would post an image of the card, but I'm a formatting noob :(
Anyway, here it is:
Aoka, Prophecy Fulfilled
Planeswalker -- Aoka Mythic Rare
+1: Put a 1/1 green Forest Dryad land creature token onto the battlefield under your control. (It's affected by summoning sickness and has "TAP: Add to your mana pool.)
-2: Draw cards equal to the number of lands you control.
-7: Destroy any number of target permanents. For each permanent destroyed this way, sacrifice a creature or a land.
4
Now, I think the most glaring problem with the card is the -2. I'm not sure if that kind of card draw in Selesnya colors is too good, but I like the synergy with the +1. And then I think that the ultimate is really good, but not game-breaking. Sure, you can destroy whatever you want, but at a price (which is flavorful to her character, but I won't explain that here).
Any thoughts?
Make the -2 half the number of lands (rounded up or down - your choice) and it would be fair.
Also regarding the ultimate. GENERALLY - white and green dont destroy permanents.

Half the lands rounded up could work I think. Originally, it was gonna exile them, but I figured it'd be too good so I went with destroy instead. Any thoughts on what it could do?

Maybe replace destroyed permanents with tokens a la Terastodon?

And sacrifice a land/creature for each permanent? One or the other seems alright to me.

I think the -2 should be a -4, and the starting loyalty should be 2. This can be ramped out, and then makes more ramp / defenders. It shouldn't be able to draw you a ton of cards immediately.

The -2 is definitely too good. In most cases, you'll probably already have at least 3 lands out by the time it's played (barring more than one Elvish Mystics and the like), so, especially starting at 4, it might as well read "-2: draw 3+ cards". And this is just if it's played as early as possible. Later game, this could easily be drawing 5 or more cards, which is really powerful for only 4 mana and minimal effort. Especially in white and green (probably the worst colors for card draw?), that kind of draw power is just too much. Add in the land creatures from the +1 - if Aoka sticks for more than a couple turns, it just gets even more insane.
