Grammatical/templating issues aside, these are fine designs. Probably a little underpowered, but cool.

I would play the fuck out of the first one as a commander. U/G lands commander. run 60-65 lands, Horn of Greed, Azusa, Lost but Seeking, Courser of Kruphix, Oracle of Mul Daya, Exploration, Kiora, the Crashing Wave. Win with Tooth and Nail resolved off of boseiju, tutoring for some kind of infinite combo. Or just eldrazi. Alchemist's Refuge to never play on your own turn. Primeval Titan when playing french.
also the FrF version wording: "whenever a dragon you control attacks, you may put a land card from your hand into play" or "whenever a dragon you control attacks, you may play an additional land this turn" playing a land can't be done during combat in a normal "play a land" phrasing to my knowledge.
Steel Hellkite for so much value. Sprouting Vines to just go crazy when others are having counter wars.
Prophet of Kruphix because value bruh.

also of note, that thing would be beyond broken with Strip Mine ridiculously, unfairly, broken. I would be in heaven.
but in general maybe underpowered. I would absolutely make it work though. who needs to play nonlands when you can make your lands do so much work? Maze of Ith, Strip Mine, Alchemist's Refuge...

I was purposely making them underpowered... maybe the second one should make it so your lands can tap or untap creatures. That'd work better.

I am not seeing where you guys are getting "underpowered."
It's Crucible of Worlds squished together with a scaleable Exploration and stapled to a 4/4 pro-red flyer. That is painfully strong even at 6 mana. Especially since ramping to six in green is a breeze.
The second one is a little less powerful, but it's still likely to give you enough mana for an entwined Tooth and Nail into a game winning combo.
I will admit I like the designs though, but they are very strong.

Putting good cards together doesn't necessarily give you beget cards. By the time been ramps to 6 mana how many lands are left in your hand to play? The crucible part is the good part there. Also in order to explore with it you need to attack and that leads to potential death.
The second one is cool but unreliable at best as a way to ramp. I life of but I'm not willing to build around something that unreliable.

I'm not saying either are bad, but the first one looks better than it is (also more likable than explore or crucible) and the second one is just personal preference against variable ramp.

There is a massive difference between the wording of "May play a land" and "May put a land into play", right? If it's "May play" it counts towards your lands played that turn, and therefore have no real use.

Yes the wording of the first one is weird and could be corrected, but I think the intention is to add to your land count post dragon that attacks. bobjones36?

Yes, putting two good abilities together does not always make a great card, but in this case we have two abilities that are, a) great, and b) incredibly synergistic. The ability to play a fetch land from your graveyard is great. The ability to attack with three dragons and get to play that one fetch land four times in one turn is phenomenal, and don't get me started on Wasteland shenanigans... The fact that you need to attack to get the trigger isn't much of a drawback when it triggers off of each dragon you control.
Idk, maybe I'm thinking too much like an EDH player. I'll admit that it's not as strong in standard/modern/legacy, but I wouldn't say that it's underpowered in any respect. Keep in mind that Tron is a thing in legacy, typically has blue and green in it already, and can run Wasteland.
Also in EDH it would be Primeval Titan levels of banworthy.

Maybe the first one should be an enter the battlefield effect. Like when it enters the battlefield all lands in all graveyards enter the battlefield under your control. Also what do you think of the second one, tap a land to tap or even better flicker a creature. idk I guess I just wanted a new blue green commander. fable of wolf and owl is one of my favorite cards in all of magic.

Tapp a land to docket is broken as fuck. So many ways to infinite is ridiculous. Tap to tap a Creature is super good but not ridiculous.
Also as an etb would be less broken. Etb get back all lands from graveyard? Super good. Not sure broken, but some kind of land centered U/G dredge thing would be cool.
