What are your guy's opinions on this card? Too overpowered? Should I raise her CMC?
Flavour wise, I get what you did. But the playability issue here is that your commander is a huge value target. Presumably you will be running control to protect her but if they can get a kill effect through, say goodbye T you counterspells.
I do like the fact though that with just her and a big creature you can sac the creature, she dies as a state based effect, discards goes on the stack, resolves and then you draw the cards.

Pretty much what the others said, so I'm not going to go there. I would make it so that you A) only have to discard two or three cards, because if your opponent kills right after you used the ability and sacrificed your huge creature, you basically lose and B) make it not "other creatures you control" but just "creatures you control" because it makes little sense to me that she dies alone. Or maybe make her like goyf, a +0/+1 to start.

Your other option would be something along the lines of:
Synthias, the Symbiote
Legendary Creature - Spirit
Bind (When this creature enters the battlefield, you may choose another creature your control. If you do, when that creature leave the battlefield, sacrifice this creature.)
Synthias, the Symbiote's bound creature gets +1/+1.
When Synthias, the Symbiote's bound creature dies, you may draw cards equal to that creature's power.
2/3
This way, you MAY bind your general to a creature. Then if the creature dies, you get a benefit but at the cost of sacrificing your general. However, you can response to the bind sacrifice trigger by flickering your general onto another creature. So this way your general acts as a proper symbiote.
I added the +1/+1 part to make the general act more like a symbiote, buffing the thing its bound to as well. Anyway, just an idea on how you implement the theme in a more easily scalable way (to help you balance the power level against theme).
Anyway, just an idea. And the wording will need a bit of work.

The P/T of her is more of a White or Red ability, not exactly flavorful.
Also her last ability is really good. Imagine using it on Phyrexian Dreadnought for example... Really good

Yeah, but if they kill her right after and you discard all those cards, you die.

Thanks, guys, for all the input. I do realize that she has a major drawback, but I figured something like that would be fair considering her ability to allow you to dig through your deck.
enpc I am really liking your take on this creature and would completely ditch my design, your idea definitely seems more realistic and makes more sense!

I had some more ideas about continuing the deck theem if you were interested. Somethign along the lines of:
Spore Carrier
Creature - Plant Mutant (rare)
Bind (When this creature enters the battlefield, you may choose another creature your control. If you do, when that creature leave the battlefield, sacrifice this creature.)
Spore Carrier's bound creature gets +1/+1 for each creature bound to it.
: Put a 0/1 Green Spore creature token with bind onto the battlefield. (As the token enters the battlefield, you may choose another creature your control. If you do, when that creature leave the battlefield, sacrifice this creature.)
2/2

You want to play this in commander right? Hm.... You can't really play it turn 3, because if it eats a removal, you are pretty much dead...
However, in the late game, where you have a good board state, she can be quite good. I'm maybe afraid that she is a little too underpowered. Commander is usually full of board wipes, which this commander doesn't really like.
