B/W Exile Commander

I want to make a commander that revolves around exile and return from exile. I would like it to have an etb or ltb effect that exiles a few creatures and an activated ability that returns a creature to the battlefield under my control. The only problem is I want it to a) keep at a decent mana cost b) keep out of Lightning Bolt range and c) not be broken as shit.
What I think so far is
WWBB2
When this dude enters the battlefield, exile up to two target creatures.
WWBB: return target exiled creature to the battlefield under your control

to exile 2 creatures and get a 1/4 is already pretty good. The ability makes is overpowered.
Either make it not exile things or make the ability one time use. Like, "When cardname enters the battlefield, exile up to two creatures. Then return target creature from exile to the battlefield under your control."

Ok, so say I get rid of the first ability. (I plan on having plenty of exile anyways) would that make this acceptable? I really really want to be able to do stupid things with it like Conjurer's Closet a Banisher Priest and steal a creature every turn. It's stupid good, but I don't think that would be broken since it is easily stopped.

I would like to keep the cost at about six if possible. Seven could be okay, but much more than six and it becomes nearly pointless to run as a commander because by the time I can cast it, people will be set up and ready to cancel/kill the shit out of it right away.

I think this would be fine:
Some name
Legendary Creature - Spirit Cleric
When ~ enters, exile target creature.
, : Return target exiled creature card to the battlefield under your control. Then exile another target creature.

I think with that, I'd change the ability to this:
", Exile another creature you control: Return target exiled creature card to the battlefield under your control."

Gotta have it tap though MagicalHacker otherwise we could just cycle Sun Titan (or insert broken ETB creature here) through exile forever with the right setup.

True, but you would need an infinite amount of black and white mana. It could be done an absurd amount of times without it, so maybe make the ability so it can be done slightly less often

My one thing is that his second ability should read;
", : Return target creature exiled by * to the battlefield under your control."
That way, you can't simply abuse Flickerwisp and Conjurer's Closet to steal ALL the things.
