Ok, heres how this works. You create a card to the specifications of the person above you, then list your own card idea for the next person. I'll start.
Variety XX
Sorcery
If X is 2 or lower, draw X cards. If X is 3, put X +1/+1 counters on X target creatures. If X is 4, return X target creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield. If X is 5 or more, Variety deals x damage to target creature or player. If X is 10 or more, you win the game.
Create a life gaining multicolored Turtle with power twice it's toughness or vice versa.

The last challenge was from my last comment:
Make a card that can flicker itself - it has the line of text "exile [this card]; you may return [this card] to the battlefield under your control" (or its owner's control) - but, because of what the rest of the card is, sometimes you will want to leave the card in exile instead of returning it to the battlefield.

It's a little off color for flicker but makes sense with the challenge.
Next up: a card that gives some bonus if it is delved (exiled from graveyard to cast spell), but punishes you for casting it.

Whenever your commander returns to the command zone from the battlefield you lose life equal to the number of times your commander has been cast this game
Commanders cast 1 more to cast for each time they have been cast this game
Whenever another legendary creature you control dies while your commander is not in the command zone, you may choose to return that creature to the command zone. Your commander may not reenter the command zone as long as there is a creature there

To Challenge the Mighty

Whenever a creature you control attacks a planeswalker an opponent controls, that creature gets +2/+0 until end of turn.
If an opponent controls an emblem, creatures you control have double strike and haste.
Given the proper circumstances, even the weak can trouble the invincible.
Ideally the picture is, like, a whole bunch of goblins charging at Jace or something.
Since I don't believe Unlife's challenge has been answered yet: Create a commander that interacts with the changeling mechanic.

Smalls, Scholar of the Spark 2WU
Power equal to the number of planeswalkers you control.
If a planeswalker emblem enters the command zone under your control, or you control two or more planes-walkers transform Smalls, Scholar of the Spark.

Whenever one or more +1/+1 counters are removed from a creature with a -1/-1 counter on it, put that many paradox counters on Contradiction in Terms.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if there are 30 or more paradox counters on Contradiction in Terms, you win the game.
My challenge for this time is a bit more involved. Mark Rosewater has stated that the color white gets the most counterspells after blue - this is not because white gets actual cards that say "counter target spell" (Yes, yes, Mana Tithe and Lapse of Certainty - those cards are exceptions). Rather, white gets its own flavor of countermagic in cards like Nevermore. Blue countermagic is reacive. White "countermagic" is proactive in which it will stop you from casting the spell in the first place. What I want you to do is to design a green spell that is "green countermagic" in the same vein as Nevermore is "white countermagic".

Whenever you cast a creature spell, it enters that battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it for each of its colors. Then if it is red, it gains haste, if it is black, it gains deathtouch, if it is blue, it gains flying, if it is green, it gains trample, and if it is white, it gains first strike. Then put 2 -1/-1 counters on it.
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery, copy it X times, where X is two less than the number of colors the spell is. You may choose new targets for each copy. Counter the spell if X is less than 0.
Whenever you play an enchantment card, if it is two or more colors, you may copy it and choose new targets for the copy
Whenever a permanent you control becomes the target of a spell or ability that is two or less colors, counter it.
