Ok, heres how this works. You create a card to the specifications of the person above you, then list your own card idea for the next person. I'll start.
Variety XX
Sorcery
If X is 2 or lower, draw X cards. If X is 3, put X +1/+1 counters on X target creatures. If X is 4, return X target creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield. If X is 5 or more, Variety deals x damage to target creature or player. If X is 10 or more, you win the game.
Create a life gaining multicolored Turtle with power twice it's toughness or vice versa.
Izzet Thunderdrake
Creature - Drake, 4/5
Haste, Flying
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may look at the top three cards of your library. You may exile an instant or sorcery card from among them. Put all cards not exiled this way onto the bottom of your library in any order.
Whenever ~ is dealt damage, you may cast an instant or sorcery card exiled with ~ with converted mana cost less than or equal to the amount of damage dealt this way without paying its mana cost.
Do a monored creature with vigilance.

Exile target card from a graveyard.
Flip five coins for every one that comes up as heads target opponent must exile a permanent they control, for every flip that comes up as tails you must exile a permanent under your control.
Flip a coin if you win the flip you win the game.

Tibalt, the All-Seeing God
Legendary Planeswalker - Tibalt
+2 Draw two cards, then discard two cards those cards gain madness until end of turn.
-2 Deal three damage to target creature.
-X Tibalt deals X damage to each creature opponents control and each opponent. Tibalt deals twice that much damage to you.

Okay I think that is fixed now from when two people commented on the same one, I like the prowess mechanic create an enchantment with prowess (get creative). :)

So I have 2 ideas for this:
Enchant that turns into a creature (kinda boring)
Enchanted Immortal
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, if ~ is an enchant, ~ becomes a 3/3 white Avatar creature until end of turn.
Prowess, Prowess
Then, this:
Mystical Prowess
Enchantment - Aura
Enchant Creature
Prowess (Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, ~ gets +1/+1 until end of turn. Noncreature cards with power and toughness still can't attack)
Enchanted creature has prowess
Whenever enchanted creature attacks, detain X target nonland permanents defending player controls, where X is ~'s power.
I was gonna make the next person just do my last challenge that was never done, but I like this challenge, so I say do another noncreature card with prowess that can't turn into a creature (remember a card like this would only be printed in a set like Future Sight, so get crazy)

I desperately want to ask for more Firefly characters, but I think asking for the other 7 crewmembers might be a bit much. So make a planeswalker that cares about a tribe of your choice as much as Huatli, Dinosaur Knight (http://mythicspoiler.com/ixa/cards/huatlidinosaurknight.html) cares about Dinosaurs.

When Night Terrors enters the battlefield, each opponent loses life equal to the amount of creatures they control.
When Night Terrors is brought back to your hand, each other player returns target non-land permanent to their hand. If they can't, they put the top three cards of their library into their graveyard.
I felt in order to make dreams work, they needed to have flash.

Definitely abuses the Multikicker mechanic. Make a playable card that you reveal from your opening hand, such as the Leylines or Chancellors, that is still playable if you don't get in your opening hand.
