Ok, heres how this works. You create a card to the specifications of the person above you, then list your own card idea for the next person. I'll start.
Variety XX
Sorcery
If X is 2 or lower, draw X cards. If X is 3, put X +1/+1 counters on X target creatures. If X is 4, return X target creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield. If X is 5 or more, Variety deals x damage to target creature or player. If X is 10 or more, you win the game.
Create a life gaining multicolored Turtle with power twice it's toughness or vice versa.

Finding Nemo 2UG
Enchantment
When Finding Nemo enters the battlefield, search your library for a creature and exile it.
3U/G: Exile a creature you control, then if there are four or more cards in exile that were exiled using Finding Nemo, return all those creatures to the battlefield under your control with two +1/+1 counters on them. They each become a Fish in addition to their other types.
And another movie one and another movie one and another movie gets a card!

Name a permanent you control. Target opponent gains control of that named permanent for as long as you control Reel in the Big One.
You have protection from the named permanent.

Imprint- When Grave Robber Myr enters the battlefield exile an artifact you control, at the beginning of you upkeep you may pay , if you do put a copy of the exiled artifact onto the battlefield.
Kicker-: When Grave Robber Myr enters the battlefiled, if its kicker cost was paid, put three 1/1 blue thopter artifact creature tokens onto the battlefield.

Next, in 50 rules text words or less, make a Theros card with three Theros-specific keywords on it without breaking the flavor behind any of the mechanics. (Heroes fight monsters, so how can a card have heroic and monstrosity?)
OR
Make a 3-drop Boros control commander that would be amazing for a Boros control deck but not broken.
