Ok, heres how this works. You create a card to the specifications of the person above you, then list your own card idea for the next person. I'll start.
Variety XX
Sorcery
If X is 2 or lower, draw X cards. If X is 3, put X +1/+1 counters on X target creatures. If X is 4, return X target creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield. If X is 5 or more, Variety deals x damage to target creature or player. If X is 10 or more, you win the game.
Create a life gaining multicolored Turtle with power twice it's toughness or vice versa.

Each player my sacrifice any number of creatures. For each creature your opponents sacrifice this way, they draw a card and lose a life. For each creature you sacrifice this way, you draw a card and gain a life.

Make a card that "flickers" (exiles but returns to the battlefield) due to a triggered ability.

Well I see no challenge, so I'm gonna assume wild card and make the long awaited contraption mechanic over a few cards

Here's the challenge: make another blueprint and another rigger, but make them more interesting than these basic designs OR make something like Steamflogger Boss that interacts with either riggers or contraptions (or both for fun)

Legendary Creature - Dragon
Dragonlord's Heir enters the battlefield with 4 -1/-1 counters on it.
Dragonlord's Heir can't attack or block while it has a -1/-1 counter on it.
Dragon creatures you control have haste as long as Dragonlord's Heir has a -1/-1 counter on it.
Whenever you cast a Dragon spell, remove a -1/-1 counter from Dragonlord's Heir.

Everlasting Revenant
When Everlasting Revenant enters the battlefield, add to your mana pool. Spend this mana only to activate abilities of creatures.
When Everlasting Revenant dies, you may pay . If you do, return it to the battlefield tapped with two -1/-1 counters on it.
When Everlasting Revenant dies, exile all artifacts.
If Everlasting Revenant is in your graveyard, on the battlefield, on the stack, or in exile, then creatures entering the battlefield don't cause abilities to trigger.

Whew, that's a lot of text but I think it combos with Ayli and not just every conceivable reanimation engine ever. AndWelcomeToTheJam's challenge still stands.
