Ok, heres how this works. You create a card to the specifications of the person above you, then list your own card idea for the next person. I'll start.

Variety XX

Sorcery

If X is 2 or lower, draw X cards. If X is 3, put X +1/+1 counters on X target creatures. If X is 4, return X target creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield. If X is 5 or more, Variety deals x damage to target creature or player. If X is 10 or more, you win the game.

Create a life gaining multicolored Turtle with power twice it's toughness or vice versa.

Soulbond (You may pair this creature with another unpaired creature when either enters the battlefield. They remain paired for as long as you control both of them.)

As long as ~ is paired, ~ and the other creature gain lifelink.

Fateful Hour- As long as you have 5 or less life, ~ has double strike

If ~ would die, transform it instead.

In life, they defend the city from the night.

Rally - Whenever ~ or another ally ETB, support X, where X is the number of allies you control.

Cohort - , tap another ally you control: Awaken 3. The land targeted by this ability becomes an eldrazi in addition to its other types.

Bloodrush - Target creature gets +5/+5 until end of turn.

Do ALL mechanics from SOI but it cant be a creature card.

When you cast ~, ante the top card of your library. Destroy all creatures in play that share a color with any card in ante.

Banding, first strike, flying, plainswalk, islandwalk, swampwalk, mountainwalk, forestwalk, protection from all colors and artifacts, trample

Sacrifice an artifact with CMC 0: Counter target spell and regenerate ~.

When ~ enters play, each player discards his or her hand, then searches their library for one card of each color and puts them into play. Each player shuffles their library.

On each upkeep, untap each creature and land you control.

On each end step, tap each creature and land you dont control.

Discard your hand. If three or more cards were discarded this way, Wild Abandon deals 1 damage to target creature for each card discarded this way.

Delirium - If four or more card types are in your graveyard after this spell resolves, destroy that creature instead.

Sometimes giving up yields results.

Similar to this card, make a green spell that gives a non-green bonus effect when a some condition is met, preferably one from the new SOI mechanics.
