Ok, heres how this works. You create a card to the specifications of the person above you, then list your own card idea for the next person. I'll start.
Variety XX
Sorcery
If X is 2 or lower, draw X cards. If X is 3, put X +1/+1 counters on X target creatures. If X is 4, return X target creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield. If X is 5 or more, Variety deals x damage to target creature or player. If X is 10 or more, you win the game.
Create a life gaining multicolored Turtle with power twice it's toughness or vice versa.

When Legendary Deathblow enters the battlefield put 5 "3/3 deathclaws into play with Haste and Trample. Treat these tokens as Mutant Beasts".
Mutant Beasts gain +2/+2 and have Haste and Trample.
"This beast is terrifyingly strong and makes it children fight even more fiercely."
Make a card featuring something that doesn't exist in the Mtg multiverse. I.E like this card.

Powerful enchantments keep the dead where they belong on Innistrad, but they can be disturbed by an uncautious hand.

Necromaster's Hex BUGR

Choose 3:
Necromaster's Hex deals 2 damage to each creature target opponent controls, then each creature dealt damage this way gets -X/-0 until end of turn, where X is the number of creatures dealt damage this way.
Counter target white spell, then that spell's controller reveals card from the top of his/her library until a nonwhite card with converted mana cost X is revealed this way, where X is the converted mana cost of the spell countered with Necromaster's Hex, then loses life equal to the spells' converted mana cost. The player puts the rest of the cards revealed this way on the bottom of his/her library in a random order, then shuffles his/her library.
Return up to 4 creatures your opponents control to their owners hands, then put a creature from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. That creature is a black Zombie in addition to its' other types and gains haste and menace until end of turn.
Put a +1/+1 on each creature you control, then each creature your opponents control get -X/-X until end of turn, where X is the total amount of +1/+1 counters place on creatures this turn, then proliferate for each creature that would leave the battlefield this way.

I can't claim credit for Urza's design; I saw this idea on a gatherer comment (I think listed under Karn Liberated) but the opportunity felt too good to pass up.
