Ok, heres how this works. You create a card to the specifications of the person above you, then list your own card idea for the next person. I'll start.
Variety XX
Sorcery
If X is 2 or lower, draw X cards. If X is 3, put X +1/+1 counters on X target creatures. If X is 4, return X target creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield. If X is 5 or more, Variety deals x damage to target creature or player. If X is 10 or more, you win the game.
Create a life gaining multicolored Turtle with power twice it's toughness or vice versa.
Kill and Replace
Instant
Destroy target creature, then place a copy of that creature on the battlefield under its owners control, except that it is a black zombie creature in addition to its other types. If it is your turn, then you gain control of that creature.
Take a major character from a Ravnican guild, then create a card of them in another guild that shares a color with their original guild.

Flying, Trample, Defender
Rakdos, Rot Harvester costs less to cast for each swamp sacrificed while casting it, and less to cast for each forest sacrificed while casting it.
Whenever a forest or swamp enters the battlefield, under your control, from your hand, you may put a land, from your graveyard, that shares a card type with it onto the battlefield under your control, then put a +1/+1 counter on Rakdos.
Rakdos can attack as though he didn't have defender as long as he has four +1/+1 counters on him.

Actually I made a mistake @Faytl. Azorius to Selesnya was an alternate to doing Azorius to Boros. We have already done a shifted-into-Selesnya and you just did an originally-Azorius.

If Progenitus Spanning Planes would be put into a graveyard from anywhere, reveal Progenitus Spanning Planes and shuffle it into its owner's library instead.

Actually that's a cool cycle. Make another in the set of two-colored khans if they had each replaced the legendary dragons instead of whatever else happened. (Anafenza, Sidisi, Narset, or Surrak in enemy colors as a legend)
