Ok, heres how this works. You create a card to the specifications of the person above you, then list your own card idea for the next person. I'll start.

Variety XX

Sorcery

If X is 2 or lower, draw X cards. If X is 3, put X +1/+1 counters on X target creatures. If X is 4, return X target creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield. If X is 5 or more, Variety deals x damage to target creature or player. If X is 10 or more, you win the game.

Create a life gaining multicolored Turtle with power twice it's toughness or vice versa.

Whenever Presumptuous Prosecutor deals combat damage to a player, you may name a nonland card. If you do, he or she reveals a card at random from his or her hand. If the named card was revealed, he or she discards that card and you draw a card.

Redirected Effort

Instant

Prevent all combat damage. Then create X 1/1 white ally tokens, gain X life and put X +1/+1 counters distributed among creatures you control as you choose, where X is the damage that would be dealt by a creature you control to an opponent that is prevented in this way.

Explosive Regrowth

As you draft ~, reveal it, and note how many cards have been drafted before it this round.

As an additional cost to cast ~, sacrifice three lands.

Search your library for a basic land of type that does not exist among basic land types you control and put it onto the battlefield. Repeat this process X times, where X is the number you noted as you drafted ~. Then shuffle your library.

Make a mill engine card like Sphinx's Tutelage that's designed for a multiplayer drafts.

Back to the Wall

Enchantment
When any player who has no teammate casts a spell targeting a player who has a teammate or a creature or Planeswalker they control, that spell cannot be countered, redirected or any damage dealt prevented.
Sacrifice this card: After the next main phase, there is an additional combat phase, then another main phase. You lose the game at the end of the turn.

Create a card using the Ante mechanic that would be playable but not overpowered in standard today.

Kill the Hostages

Remove Kill the Hostages from your deck before playing if you're not playing for ante.

Target player sacrifices a creature, then that player sacrifices another creature unless he or she antes the top card of his or her library.

Prevent the next X damage to you.
The surest way to know your enemies plans is to see them first hand. And plan accordingly.

Whenever a player casts his or her second spell each turn, counter that spell unless that player has Curse of Smoke deal 2 damage to him or her.

Breathe deeply, and your cares will fall away.


Might be too similar to Curse of Exhaustion.

Since we got an off-color thing going here, create a green prison card that isn't Elephant Grass revised. In the pie, of course.

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, put X +1/+1 counters on it, where X is the greatest power among creatures. Then flip a coin. If you lose the flip, target creature chosen at random gains deathtouch until end of turn. If you win the flip, it gains lifelink instead. Then the first target creature fights the second target creature.
