Ok, heres how this works. You create a card to the specifications of the person above you, then list your own card idea for the next person. I'll start.

Variety XX

Sorcery

If X is 2 or lower, draw X cards. If X is 3, put X +1/+1 counters on X target creatures. If X is 4, return X target creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield. If X is 5 or more, Variety deals x damage to target creature or player. If X is 10 or more, you win the game.

Create a life gaining multicolored Turtle with power twice it's toughness or vice versa.

Fealty Frenzy

Enchantment

Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, you may exchange control of that creature and target creature that player controls.

Whenever a creature attacks you or a planeswalker you control, you may sacrifice a creature you don't own. If you do, Fealty Frenzy deals damage to the attacking creature equal to the sacrificed creature's power.

The legendary rule does not apply to planes-walkers you control of the same type, as long as they have different names.

At the beginning of you upkeep if you control planes-walkers with combined loyalty counters over 20, remove twenty loyalty counters from among plane-walkers you control. If you do take an extra turn after this one.

Holy Thunderforce 3WW

Enchantment - Force

If a spell or ability would increase the power or toughness of a creature you control, instead put a +1/+1 counter on every creature you control and a rhapsody counter on Holy Thunderforce.

X rhapsody counters: Burst X (Destroy Holy Thunderforce. Holy Thunderforce deals X damage to all creatures you don't control and all opponents.)

So, I've been wracking my brains for the last 12 hours trying to come up with a solution for the last challenge, and I've hit a wall on every front. Every single time I think I've got a new angle that works, something else pops up that presents another complication.

Not only would you need to fabricate a mechanical identity for this color, but you need to supply it with a philosophy that isn't already covered by the other colors, and also come up with a basic land that corresponds with the color's identity and aesthetic.

To put it simply, the task is far too monumental to complete for a thread like this that we all just do for kicks. Even if Wizards set themselves to making a new color, I'm not sure they would be able to pull it off. The color pie, as it exists, is the bedrock upon which Magic is designed. It is so essential to the game's integrity that all attempts to create something that would fundamentally unbalance it (like a new color) is futile.

Therefore, I propose that we never propose challenges that involve concepting a new color from this point onward so as to avoid a complete standstill like the previous challenge has created.

And to get the ball rolling again, a new challenge: create a Legendary Equipment card that would complement one of the Future Sight "Grandeur" legends

Okay, while I agree with your response, having a design that isn't a great solution has happened scored of times here, so here's my mediocre submission lol:

Razil, Envious Bard (M)(M)(M)

Legendary Creature - Satyr Rogue

( (M) can only be payed with colored mana of a color not paid for another (M) of the same cost. This card is all colors.)

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may pay (M)(M). If you do, put a verse countr on ~ and gain control of target nonland permanent with converted mana cost equal or less than the number of verse counters on ~ at the beginning of your next upkeep.
