Ok, heres how this works. You create a card to the specifications of the person above you, then list your own card idea for the next person. I'll start.

Variety XX

Sorcery

If X is 2 or lower, draw X cards. If X is 3, put X +1/+1 counters on X target creatures. If X is 4, return X target creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield. If X is 5 or more, Variety deals x damage to target creature or player. If X is 10 or more, you win the game.

Create a life gaining multicolored Turtle with power twice it's toughness or vice versa.

Master Plan

Tribal sorcery -- Homarid

Flash

Exile target creature. If that creature was black, regenerate it instead. If that creature was a zombie return that creature to the battlefield. If it's power is 3 or more, Put it on top of that player's library instead. If you control three forest, you may exile two creatures instead.

At the beginning of your end step if you cast Master plan this turn, if a zombie went from exile to play, destroy that creature. If a creature with power three or greater left play target player puts the top card of their library into their graveyard. Then put all creatures exiled this turn into their owners graveyard. If two creatures are put into graveyards this way, return one to the battlefield.

Babby nighthawk! Could make you discard a card, but that could be too steep. I mean I'D play it anyway, but the card advantage purists...

Design a hybrid mana card that's primary in blue and tertiary in red. (Or, if you don't want to deal with figuring out what mechanics are in what, a UR hybrid card for one mana!)

As long as your devotion to colorless is less than five, Orio isn't a creature.

At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice a creature. If you do, create two 1/1 colorless Eldrazi Scion creature tokens. They have "Sacrifice this creature: Add to your mana pool."

When you control no other creatures, transform Orio, God of the Exiled.

Cipher (Then you may exile this spell card encoded on a creature you control. Whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player, its controller may cast a copy of the encoded card without paying its mana cost.)
