Ok, heres how this works. You create a card to the specifications of the person above you, then list your own card idea for the next person. I'll start.
Variety XX
Sorcery
If X is 2 or lower, draw X cards. If X is 3, put X +1/+1 counters on X target creatures. If X is 4, return X target creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield. If X is 5 or more, Variety deals x damage to target creature or player. If X is 10 or more, you win the game.
Create a life gaining multicolored Turtle with power twice it's toughness or vice versa.

Legendary Creature - Pumpkin
Other Pumpkins and Squash get +1/+1 and have Gourd 1 (basically totem armor for each point of gourd they have)
, destroy X target Pumpkins and Squash you control, : ~ deals X damage to target creature or player.

I'd say it's pretty good in Pumpkin/Squash tribal
Make Krark, but make one of the abilities show that he is missing his thumb (Krark's Thumb for reference)

Whenever you win a coin flip, create a 1/1 red goblin creature token with haste.
Whenever you lose a coin flip, goblins you control get -1/-1 until end of turn.
Krark sighed, "Back when I had my thumb I could convert them by the dozens with my 'Miracles'."

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, if that player has no cards in hand, and no permanents in play, that player wins the game.
: Target opponent draws a card. Any player may activate this ability, but only when they could play a sorcery.

Flying, hexproof, indestructible, trample
When Demon of Treachery leaves the battlefield, target opponent wins the game.
: Demon of Treachery loses your choice of flying, hexproof, indestructible or trample. Only any opponent may activate this ability and only if that opponent has more life than Demon of Treachery's controller.

Each player reveals his or her hand, then whoever reveals cards with the greatest combined converted mana cost wins the game. If there is a tie, each player shuffles all the cards in his or her hand and graveyard into his or her library and draws 7 cards instead.

Your opponents and permanents they control have protection from eachother.
At the beggining of upkeep draw a card for each opponent you have.
Whenever you tap a land for mana add to your mana pool for each opponent you have.
create a cooporation card that hs the feel "lets work together" not "you guys need to work together to beat me"

Council's Compromise - Each player votes for a player who controls as many or more permanents than them. For each player receiving two or more votes, destroy all creatures that player controls and that player gains two life for each creature destroyed this way.
Make another compromise card.

Council's Compromise - When Blood Bank enters the battlefield, each player votes for a player that has more life than them. Then, each player loses 2 life for every vote they receive, and Blood Bank gains 2 Blood Counters for every player in the game.
4BBB, Sacrifice Blood Bank: Target player gains X life where X is the number of Blood Counters on Blood Bank. Any player may activate this ability.
Create a card that gives a big reward at the cost of you losing the game later

When Accelerated Plans enters the battlefield, search you library for a Nicol Bolas planeswalker card and put that card on the battlefield and attach Accelerated Plans to it.
When Accelerated Plans leaves the battlefield you loose the game.

Make a legendary creature that would be perfect as a commander of a deck that you or someone on tappedout has that is not built around the commander.
Basically, find a commander deck that either rarely uses its commander or doesn't get much out of casting its commander, and make a commander that would be literally perfect for the deck (without being broken, please). Link the deck too if you want to.

Kind of confused with the wording of the challenge... is it like Partner, but you are required to have Baral as a commander? Also I don't get the (You can choose a different commander)...

not not just baral it is just partner but for a given non-partner lengend
(you can choose a different Commander) means you can choose not baral
you can also change the keyword title if you want

: Choose a card from target opponnent's graveyard. That player chooses a card from his or her hand. Flip a coin. If it is heads, ante the chosen card in a graveard. If it is tails, ante the chosen card in opponent's hand.
Pay during your upkeep or Quoz is buried.
Jeez that was complicated. I tried to make it as realistic (and convoluted) as possible.
Make a card that is reeeally good in one specific deck or archetype, but is otherwise useless.
