Thoughts?
Like shadow63 said, the costs are off. I'd actually reverse them, have the return creature cost , and the exile to top of deck cost instead. Only the first two are truly card advantage, and should therefore cost more.

well, it'd kinda be a Raise Dead for the first one, so one black should be fine.
for the second its kinda just a flashback thing, but I dunno if maybe it should be to fit Think Twice
as for the third, yeah, less should be fine. just is good, more like Pull from Eternity.

Here's an idea: Remove the first ability, and reword the third ability to be something like:
: Return Eternal Champion from exile to the battlefield. It gains haste. Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next end step.
That kinda makes it more like a more balanced, more interesting Ichorid, which would be really cool for that Modern Dredge deck that was a thing a long time ago. Not sure if it's playable, but it's at least interesting.

I'd make his abilities cost more at least the first one. Seems like a really good concept though
