I'm no expert at card design, but maybe make Phyrexian Warlord cost more, because a 3/2 haste deathtouch seems too good.

Mickey Mouse should probably be black for flavor reasons, since a) he is a rat and b) rats making more rats is a black thing.

They actually look quite fine, except that Consumence of Ulamog looks pretty overcosted. Maybe make it an instant and cost ?

Yeah, the blink effect should cost less ex. Cloudshift. So I think 2 colorless is fine.

I just wanna see a modern deck that just abuses Cloudshift + Siege Rhino and other ETB cards so bad.
