Commander: The Other Being (Masterpiece of Rules Chaos)

Now that I've shown some possibly legit commanders, let get to showing this abomination of rules. Basically once played this creature will become a secondary player that you command with half of your deck.
A lot of small rules would needed to be said, like if you lose the game The Other Being is destroyed and if it's vice versa The Other Being is exiled and their deck is shuffled into yours.
In Commander it's a bit much to have a player you can summon at any time, so I'm tempted to make the effect only be once per game and any other time The Other Being is simply a big creature.
I feel like giving you a secondary player to make decisions could get a bit crazy with the politics of commander. Maybe The Other Being can not be targetted by spells or abilities, so "Choose target opponent" can't affect them.
To make up for the pretty weird and bad card, I'll post another simple card of mine in old Magic style.
Monogreen blink, creature tokens, just a fun little commander to think about.

So The Other Being enters the battlefield, triggers, then dies before its trigger resolves because it's a 0/0? Tech.

I never said I was omniscient on all of Magic's rules, there's a lot that needs to change about the card anyways. Maybe it's when you cast instead of EoB effect.

I don't know how to play it, but I like it. I like it a lot. It's just crazy.

Just one of those cards that it may be broken or confusing as hell, but it sure is a card that would be loved in casual play for how weird it is.

It could be worded "When you cast The Other Being, it is exiled in it's own zone as it resolves" (this is similar to Cast Through Time and rebound saying they are exiled when they resolve)
