Yes, this is probably wayyyy too powerful, but it's a fun card!

Don't forget Karn, the Great Creator :P
Mycosynth Lattice , Sen Triplets and Hedonist's Trove , for the price of an Expropriate , which also usually wins the game as soon as it resolves. Yeah, it's a little over the top '^^

It costs 9 and doesn't win on it's own.
Looks like it would fit perfectly when we revisit New Phyrexia. I'm a fan.

Have 4x Lotus Petal and run this in omni tell for the easiest legacy wins. The deck already spams cantrips and if you run those, it'd be easy to just dig through your deck infinitely after it sticks and you find the petal. Chances are you turn 1 or turn 2 cast the Show and Tell using the petal xD.
Use that and dig through the whole deck with infinite mana and card draw, then find a Karn, the Great Creator for Walking Ballista , Thassa's Oracle , or whatever else wins and win. A straight Collective Brutality could be instantly game ending, looping it with this infinitely. Playing against burn? Instantly kill them. Dark Ritual also would be infinite mana of all colors effectively too, so maybe run some number of that!

I think you're overestimating the value of playing from your graveyard.
This doesn't provide mana. It provides a larger card selection, recurence from graveyard, information and mana fixing.
I don't see how this is more powerful than say an Omniscience or even Bolas's Citadel .
It can combo with Karn, the Great Creator to lock your opponents, but that is already possible with Mycosynth Lattice .
You can keep recasting Lotus Petal or Lion's Eye Diamond to get infinite mana to play your entire library - except lands.
Lets play a game; would you rather have this or Omniscience ?
Would you rather have this or Expropriate ?
Would you rather have this or Bolas's Citadel ?
In my case I would select the alternative on all three in most scenarios, as they are easier to pull off a win with than this card. Also if the card gains any kind of traction, graveyard hate will be more prominent to counter act it.
Don't get me wrong, the card is powerful. However I think a lot of you are overestimating how much.
SynergyBuild You reference Omni-Tell as a deck shell that wants this. But if you have Omniscience, you can more easily win with that and from what I can see on MTGTop 8, those decks don't even run 4x Omniscience but rather an average of 3,2. So this card wont necessarily add redundancy to that deck.
I just don't see how this card in particular makes that deck shell any easier to win with.
Bolas's Citadel + Sensei's Divining Top can easily tunnel down to get a win condition piece like Aetherflux Reservoir or storming with Gray Merchant of Asphodel .
Any legacy deck shell with infinite mana loops ala Basalt Monolith + Power Artifact have many ways to win once they get infinite mana. Would you rather have the win condition or the tool to find you a win condition if you build your deck specifically to utilize this?
It would also be kinda hilarious in Show and Tell if you drop this and the opponent drops a Karn, the Great Creator . I know the cards are hidden until all are selected, but then it's a mind game.
