Custom Commander: Kaamik, Mardu Warchanter

I've gathered a rather big card pool for a planned Haktos the Unscarred commander deck, but couldn't find a Haktos anywhere yet. Looking at all these cards, I can't help but wanting to build a Mardu deck using all these anthems and Double Strike creatures. Looking through the Mardu commanders available, not even one fits my wishes (what comes closest is Zurgo Helmsmasher). Thus, I wanted to come up with a fitting custom commander. What I came up with is thd following:
Kaamik, Mardu Warchanter 2WBR
Legendary Creature - Orc Shaman
Attacking Creatures you control get +2/+0.
Blocking Creatures you control get +0/+2.
Whenever a creature you control deals damage to another creature, you may draw a card. If you do, discard a card.

Characterwise, I imagine him to be a Mardu captain under Zurgo Helmsmasher who is able to use is shamanic magic to strengthen his fighters. The first two abilities are Mardu attack skills, but as I want to include many Double Strikers, it should be very useful. The last ability isn't totally what I want. The reason I worded it this way is that I wanted some benefit from having creatures with Double Strike. I'd prefer something other than looting, but I've no idea. I appreciate suggestions on what else he could do.

This one gives me flashbacks to Agrus Kos, Wojek Veteran and Jor Kadeen, the Prevailer. Not necessarily a bad thing, but I think white and red have enough anthem effects, so I would think the Commander for such a deck could have more interesting abilities than just stats.
If you really wanna double down, I could see something like, "Creatures you control get +X/+X, where X is equal to the number of permanents you control with abilities that says creatures you control on them."
This divulges into the unset-esque terminology to refer to words on cards, but generally it synergies with anything that says "creatures you control" on them. It could be anthem effects, even very defined ones Honor of the Pure, it could be permanents with anthem-like abilities, like Brave the Sands, or it could be active abilities that refer to creatures you control, like Ajani, Wise Counselor
