I had an idea for a hyper-aggressive set, and I thought that Dash was the perfect mechanic for the set. That said, i wanted to come up with a few Dash cards in colors other than Red and Black. So here are a few for your perusal.

Dash-phidian

Creautre - (doesn't matter)

Whenever ~ deals combat damage to a player, draw a card.

Dash

2/4

Dash Tactician

Creature - Human Soldier

Whenever ~ attacks, tap target creature an opponent controls

Dash

2/2

Trample-Dash

Creature - Beast

Whenever ~ attacks, creatures you control gain Trample until end of turn.

Dash

4/4

Dash isn't a universal ability like reach for a reason, it just doesn't quite fit the colors well. But these are unique, and that's why I love Magic so much, there are many possibilities! The first one should be a Djinn or a Wizard, it fits the idea well. The second one is a bit op, maybe the dash cost is the same as CMC? Lastly, the last one is too op, dash is too low for what it can do. Power/Toughness could be one lower and Dash maybe two green and two colorless? I don't know, I'm no pro, but these are my suggestions. Hope I could help!

I know that Dash isn't universal, but in the world I've thought up the flavor fits too well NOT to have Dash in all colors. That said, it won't be equally distributed, Red will still be Dash King, but I just wanted to throw some ideas out there and see what stuck.

As for your card-by-card notes, I spent more thought on the Ophidian than the other two, I just hastily threw them together. I like the Tactician as a Master of Diversion with the same Dash as Screamreach Brawler. And the Green one I pushed, but I could see it being more expensive on the Dash end.

DERPLINGSUPREME - I wouldn't call the Tactician Derevi busted, but I could see the resemblance.
