If so, where? I'm making a card for a friend's birthday present and I have no idea where to begin.
Yup. Most people I know that have needed print jobs have used Kinkos. Things like custom artwork for arcade fight sticks. You should call up the place and ask for specifics first. That or go ahead of time and show them magic cards and bring measurements.

How do you bring the art to the Kinkos/FedEx? Just like, put twenty images onto a USB, and bring it and tell em you want four copies of each?
Cuz i've made a habit of saving awesome digital card alters I run across on the internet and have a bunch i'd love to use in EDH decks, but could never figure out how to print em. (And before it starts an argument, yes i'd already own the cards).

if you go to a print shop like Kinkos or Fedex, they usually have some very nice card stock. bring the image you want printed, and they can definitely solve your problem. one print off is relatively cheap, but they may have a minimum.
