Random thoughts. The 1st ability would probably be replaced with a static ability something like when a token artifact dies you may deal 1 damage to any target. The 2nd and 3rd might be too much to put on one card. Perhaps cost 2 of boros sac a artifact create treasure equal to its cmc. If treasures were used to activate this ability create a copy of the artifact.

I like this design space, and we've seen some similar effects recently that suggest WotC does too. Definitely could see this in a commander product or some such something
