Intellectual Justice

Instant

Split second

Choose a player. Each other player with less cards in his or her hand than the chosen player draws cards until he or she has the same number of cards in hand as the chosen player. Each other player with more cards in his or her hand than the chosen player discards cards until he or she has the same number of cards in hand as the chosen player.

I think that white's search for equality should be able to apply to everything, and they haven't touched white with any draw/discard at all. Thoughts on flavor/pie?

Also, I have no idea what the wording should be, but it's way too long as is! D:

I think it's way too powerful. I would pay the heck out of it. Even though I might agree with the white being the color for justice, I think that doesn't fit the normal style of white cards.

I like the Balancesque card. Very fair card, although the split second might make control players cry after that Sphinx's Revelation for 5-7. I would certainly play this in my white EDH decks.

I say drop the Split Second and it's fair. It's sorta unnecessary on this card anyway.

Drop split second, definitely. Also, sorcery speed seems applicable. Otherwise, it's just play the attrition game, make this the last card in your hand, wait for your opponent to draw, then play this to make your opponent discard their hand. Also seems super powerful in a white weenie strategy. Maybe even 5 mana.

Sounds better as sorcery without split second. :)

Wording help? I'd hate to think that's the only it could be worded. ><

Looks good? Changed the name but Idk if it's any better.

Hahahaha! Help and Handicap! What and awesome name! :)

It could also be worded like, "Finest Balance" (since it's like Balance)

However, the card would be really fun in EDH!

What about like Heavy-handed Justice or something. Double entendre.

Oooh, heavy handed justice, I like that one!

Forgetting the wording and whatnot, I love this card! Would definitely play this, probably in Death and Taxes EDH. I'm a tiny bit iffy on the CMC, and I feel like this could be really powerful in commander (screw you Sphinx's Revelation and every other big draw spell), but really nice idea man! Keep it coming!

And I obviously could not help making this into an actual card. Love this thing.

FAMOUSWATERMELON, thanks!

Also, could you try this text instead?

Choose a player. Each player with more cards in hand that player discards a card and each player with less cards discards a card. Repeat this until each player has the same number of cards as the chosen player.
