So I found some cards I made a while back. I'm trying to get some feedback on them. Here's the second:

Spellmap

Enchantment

Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell, exile that spell, then each of that players opponents reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal an instant or sorcery card, exiles those cards and shuffles their library. Then copy all cards exiled with ~. You may cast them without paying their mana costs.

Interesting effect but needs to cost way more mana. Like, 5UURR or something.

The wording could be as follows:

Whenever a player casts and instant or sorcery spell he or she owns, each of that player's opponents reveals cards from the top of their libraries until each one reveals an instant or sorcery card. That player casts each of those spells without paying their mana costs if able. Shuffle the remaining revealed cards into their owners library.

This way it's not incorrectly copying spells not on the stack without casting them to prevent it from automatically looping.

It would have to be even more refined I think:

Once per turn, when a player casts and resolves an instant or sorcery spell, each opponent reveals cards one at a time from the top of their libraries until each one reveals an instant or sorcery card. Exile revealed instant or sorcery card. Other cards revealed this way are shuffled back into their owners library. The player may cast each instant or sorcery exiled this way without paying their mana costs until end of turn.

Sounds a little better I think. Agree about the CMC cost. This is like a 7+ CMC EDH thing.

Yeah, and definitely change "You" to "that player" at the end. Otherwise this basically says no one can cast instants/sorceries except the enchantment's controller.

Yeah, I was not sure how to template this. Definitely should cost more, though. Thank you for your input! It is sort of a cross between Eye of the Storm and Possibility Storm.
