So I found some cards I made a while back. I'm trying to get some feedback on them. Here's the third:
Traipse Away 
Instant
Exile target permanent you control that is being targeted by an instant or sorcery spell an opponent controls. Return it to the battlefield under its owners control tapped at end of turn.
This one may not be in the right colors, but it felt flavorful for Dimir.
As far as color is concerned, I'm not sure dimir is right. Black doesn't really get this effect, but I understand the flavor you're going for. As far as power level, I'd say it's on the weak side. When you look at Cloudshift, it has a similar effect, for 1 less mana, and 1 color instead of 2. Sure, this one affects permanents, but I'm not sure 2 mana is worth it.

Add Draw A Card, maybe shift entirely into Blue, and it would be a decent card. As Nemesis pointed out, Cloudshift does almost the exact same thing, without the Instant/Sorcery restriction, for less.

Sure. So change cost to

Add draw a card. Becomes decent then, otherwise it's just meh
