I think this could actually be a really great design for all Planes. For example,
Plane of Zendikar
Legendary Enchantment - Plane
Players may play any number of lands during their turn, and all lands enter the battlefield untapped.
Lands you control have "Landfall - Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, add ."
Zendikar's roil is among the most chaotic forces in the whole of the multiverse; So powerful and dangerous, that even the sages on Dominaria can detect it.
So each Plane comes with a massive global effect, as well as a very powerful effect for the player who controls it :)
Thoughts on this design space?
I wonder if they should have a contingency in place?
- Planeswalk (If a Plane would enter the battlefield under your control, sacrifice any other Plane you control.)
So you may only have one Plane at a time.

I really like these as a concept. I think you're right in that you should only be able to control one of these at a time, so planeswalk should probably include if another plane is under your control, or similar effect, otherwise you could target and steal the opponent's plane and have two!
If they've got this kind of drawback, I'd argue you could bring down their CMC from being so high, too.

I'm afraid the Planechase mechanics already account for Planes, like Akoum. The idea is cool, reminiscent of "World Enchantments" (Hall of Gemstone) but it needs a name change to ever be implemented and not cause confusion in Planechase games '^^

I have to agree with plakjekaas. The names of the cards could include the word "Plane," to designate them as such, but Plane is already a card type. Making it also an enchantment subtype is redundant. I also agree that using the World subtype instead is the easiest fix.
The World subtype already has the rule that only one can be on the battlefield at a time. I wish I could post links, but it's pretty easy to Google search. Basically, when a World enchantment enters the battlefield, it destroys any already on the battlefield. That's not exactly how it works, but the effect is the same; the previous World goes to its owner's graveyard.
Also, like TheNinjaPhoenix said, if you gave it that subtype, you could lower the cost. Because, unlike Shrines, you couldn't stack their abilities, and they can be removed simply by another player casting a World of their own.
Other than that, I like the designs. I would suggest making a colorless one for the Plane of Shadow as well.
That's all I got.

Why not make these Planechase planes? They're almost there, with a static ability and triggered ability. Tweak 'em a little so they're less player-specific and they work with the Chaos roll, and they should be good additions.
As enchantments, though, they're straight-up game enders, and that's a good thing. Fire is more high-risk if you take full advantage of it, since you'll be taking twice as much damage as everyone else. These are great.

I worked on these for two hours, from 3am to 5am. I hope you all enjoy them as much as I do!! :DD
