Emblem with Sanguine Bond or Exquisite Blood Ability?

I believe that a planeswalker emblem that grants its controller the ability of either Sanguine Bond or Exquisite Blood would be very awesome, but would it be to powerful? How much loyalty would be needed to create such an emblem? What does everyone else say about that?

It wouldn't be too strong at all...that's exactly the kind of power you expect from a Planeswalker. I mean...look at Ugin: 777. I think it'd be a BW walker, maybe mono black. Most likely it'd be something in the -8 to -10 loyalty area. they just need to print it in a set that wouldn't allow for the combo to happen to efficiently at least, that's when t would be OP
