Who would let me helm a deck of 99 real cards + this custom commander :33
Certainly less OP than a lot of the other customs I've seen. The one thing I'd consider changing is maybe having the 3/3 token get exiled at the end of combat. Or as the other poster said, provide a choice of two out of three.
Other than that it's great. And even without any changes it feels like a realistic Magic card, which in my opinion is how customs should be.

I really like the vigilance aspect of the card; a trainer organizing the dinosaurs into a better, more formalized, army. Maybe just drop the haste? That would make it more of a controlled, planned, dinosaur force. Maybe even a little flavor text about a “palisade of spines and fangs...” 10/10 card. Well done!

I think dropping haste would be the most appropriate, yes. My concern when doing that is it loses the red aspect of the card. If I go Selesnya, I lose 1/3rd of the Dinosaurs.
So I was trying to balance the colors, and red felt nicely represented with haste.
Hmm... What if I just make him 7 cmc? I know it might sound odd, raising his cost, but then perhaps it feels more justifiable.
Basically he's an enchantment that happens to be able to attack, and enchantments are quite costly.
Would that improve / balance the card better?

Or just make it a 6/4 or so. Use the red aspect to pump the power.

What about swapping haste with Menace? Still strong for aggro, but maybe not as much as haste, and still feels Red.

A little nitpicky but I think I may change Erangor from Human to Elf. The artwork kind of looks more Elven. Or even Human Elf Dinosaur, to make him a Half-Elf. Although I really love the little jest about him being an "Advisor", lol

I hadn’t thought about the red identity, good call. Menace could work, to represent the red. Creating tapped and attacking dinosaurs is pretty red still, though, if worse comes to worse ;p

I'd play this : ) Dinos are my favorite creature type in magic and this seems like it fits. And really, I think that haste is one of the best parts. Not OP if it's just for commander, and in commander I feel like haste really helps creature and combat damage strategies. If the flavor of the haste doesn't quite fit, Erangor could always be more of a dino outfitter, along the lines of Strider Harness

You know, this is pretty good. It doesn't strike me as overpowered, although I'd be cautious of the vigilance + haste on everything, with a discount on top of it. Subject to game review, I'd let you run this.
I would probably tweak it by choosing two out of the three of universal haste, vigilance, and discount, and compensate by pushing the stats even up to 5/5 or 5/6. As it stands, it's a big pile of value, and while Dinosaur decks tend to be pretty straightforward, this would turbocharge and reinforce them hard. Comparing it to Gishath, Sun's Avatar, which seems to be the current go-to, it's probably going to pump out slightly smaller creatures on average, but those creatures are going to be a lot harder for the opponents to work around.
