Originally made this for the card creation challenge, but I like it so much I'll put it here too. An abnormal card, but it can inspire some very fun decks, I think. Use cards like Dead Weight, Pacifism, and Frogify- or go for politics, and group hug. Good fun either way.

For 5 mana and the only requirement is enchanting a creature you don't control, that's unbelievably powerful. If perhaps you exile each of the top cards and you may cast it and spend any color mana to do so, it would be more balanced. But as written, it's essentially broken.
I don't mean to come off aggressive here. Just making an observation. It's very, very powerful.
