Hey, Planeswalker idea with a B.S. ultimate!
Erisa, Teller of Fate (2)RU
+1 - Scry 2. Then draw a card and discard a card.
0 - Scry 1
-2 - Deal X damage to target creature where X is the amount of cards drawn this turn
-9 - Scry X, where X is the amount of cards in your library
3
Too OP? Worded wrong? Just right?

That's not quite how scry works. Scry 2 says the following...
"Look at the top two cards of your library, then put any number of them on the bottom of your library and the rest on top in any order"
This means you can set up the rest of your game by putting nothing on the bottom and whatever you want elsewhere!
And about the 0 ability, it's not as powerful as +1, but not too underpowered to say it's bad IMO.

With scrying, you can rearrange the cards you look at into any order, on the top and/or the bottom of the library. So, yes, Scry X, in this case, would allow you to rearrange your entire deck.
On the card itself, I feel that the +2 and the 0 are reversed. I think that having the +2 be just Scry 2 and having the 0 be Scry 1, then loot would be much more balanced. The -2 seems fine and the ult is... Okay, I guess? Having it then draw you cards after rearranging your deck would probably be better. Also, if you removed the -2, this would just be a mono blue Planeswalker.

Oh, okay; forgot about the specific mention of "in any order." facepalm

I think this is pretty good. The only thing really OP is the ult, which is very challenging to get to and I would say it's fairly balanced. One templating thing is is would be "number of cards" instead of "amount of cards."

FAMOUSWATERMELON, she's kinda like a Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded or Sorin, Lord of Innistrad. They can't really run the decks themselves, but they help them along and can screw with your opponents.

I think its okay, but maybe not balanced. The way I understand scry, when you look at more than 1 card, you can put them on the bottom or top, but only in the order that they were originally on the top. Like Serum Visions, for example. If I scry 2 to look at a Cryptic Command first, and then a Delver of Secrets Flip under it, I'm not able to put Delver on top and then put Command under it. Rather, I can just put Command on bottom, and then leave Delver where it is on the top. May need some clarification on how that would work, especially with an entire library.
Everything else seems okay, except that 0 effect is a little underpowered. Why not Scry 2, and then gain card advantage while adding loyalty rather than just scrying 1.
