I do not like the red one very much it seems too abusable. Going with red cards from recent years I would say:
City of Volcanic Rubble
Legendary Land
: Add to your mana pool.
1,T : Choose a card at random from your graveyard and put it on top of your library. You may play this card this card this turn as though it was in your hand. If it would be put anywhere, exile it instead.
This is in line with Chandra, Pyromaster and Future Sight. I think the cost on that should be 2, T though, it is quite powerful.
1, T: Put a red instant or sorcery card on top of your library.
Very simplistic and actually useful for the second in terms of burn and I can see EDH applications as well.

Also, was that meant to be a cycle at any point in time? Not everything needs to be a full cycle, most recent example is Cloudform and Lightform (unless we get more in Dragons, though I doubt it)

Boza, while it seems worded awkwardly, the ability shouldn't have an effect more than just putting a card on top of the library. I may change the effect to say three target cards with different names to make it more balanced. Does that work?
Also, the instant/sorcery was what I originally thought of, then I remembered legacy uses Lightning Bolt a lot.
Maybe it's not ever going to be completed, but a man can dream, right? XD

Give red planeswalker recursion since they get shafted on lands and walkers anyway. Then they can Chandra Nalaar every turn. I know its a ridiculous idea especially when considering multicolor decks, but what the hell. Instant and sorcery would be too good, with infinite turns and all.

I like the red land how it is. It feels chaotic and not just like you tried to make one for every card type.
Maybe think up some actual places from mtg lore for the names though? Volrath's Stronghold and Academy Ruins are both pretty important to the Weatherlight saga.

I like them. Have you thought about a blue one yet? Maybe target instant/sorcery on top?
