Fleeting Dragon and Fleeting Faerie
Custom Cards forum

Some time ago, I had an idea for a creature that disappears after it deals damage, and therefore cannot be used until it is found, again, so I have made two creatures based off that idea, as seen, here:
Fleeting Dragon Show
Fleeting Faerie Show
What does everyone else think of these cards? Is being shuffled into their owner's libraries a sufficient drawback for them to have two abilities and power and toughness equal to their converted mana costs?
The only change I would make is to add the Illusion creature type to them. Illusions are heavily in Blue, and many have some triggered ability to remove them from the battlefield. I don't know how flavorful it would be for a dragon to run and hide (Lightning Shrieker feels like it returning to the hand is like it flying up after making a swooping attack), but an Illusory Dragon might fade into the Aether after making an attack, and thus need to be recast.

I don't think it would be a problem to have the dragon cost less.

Ryjo, the illusion type makes sense for them, because it would be a flavorful match for their abilities, so I shall add it to them.

I actually think the dragon one is a bit on the weak side? Look at Thunderbreak Regent. 4/4 flying no downside. I believe there is also a 4/4 flying dragon for 4 with haste who goes back to your hand that I cant remember the name of.

chaoswalker the card is Archwing Dragon. I agree the dragon could cost and maybe the faerie could be , because attacking with it is basically a bad Shock.

Illusions are one of my favorite decks. I would run this card in a heartbeat.

What if I added card draw to the shuffle ability, so that the owner of the creatures drew a card after shuffling them in to their library?

Both of these remind me of Lightning Shrieker but act as bodies that can actually stay until you choose for them to leave.
The only change you did from them was add blue (not sure why) and took away haste keyword and changed the trigger so it isn't forced.
Otherwise, they're fine.
