The owner of target permanent shuffles it, any permanent they own that it equips or enchants, and all other permanents they own that equip or enchant the same permanent, into his or her library, then reveals the top card of his or her library. If it's a permanent card, he or she puts it onto the battlefield.
This is my take on a reprint-esque Chaos Warp, specifically for use in EDH. The wording is a bit cumbersome at the moment. The idea is that it acts as Chaos Warp does, only if you target an aura or equipped equipment, then it also shuffles in the base creature and all other auras or equipment attached to it. My thinking is that it would usually operate as a more expensive Chaos Warp, but occasionally could garner some card advantage if a single creature has been heavily loaded up, and, it could be a way to deal with voltron commanders who've got hexproof if a single piece of tech they're wearing doesn't have hexproof.
OK, so if I Shift an Unflinching Courage on a Gladecover Scout, I'll shuffle both in? Similarly, if I Shift a Kalemne, Disciple of Iroas equipped with Batterskull, Sword of Light and Shadow, and Umezawa's Jitte, I shuffle all four cards in? Is that how I'm supposed to read it?

"The owner of target permanent and all permanents attached to that permanent shuffles it/them into his or her library, then reveals the top card of his or her library. If it's a permanent card, he or she puts it onto the battlefield."
This would streamline the wording but cut back on functionality.

Seems really powerful at Instant speed. Completely hoses voltron. I'd make it sorcery to neuter it a little.

@NecroPony Yeah, it is strong against voltron. I was looking for a way to introduce another way to deal with hexproof/shroud threats that is outside the norm of sweepers. Any ideas on how I could keep it as a good answer to hexproof/shroud without being overpowered?

Chose a nonland permanent. The owner of that permanent and and all permanents attached to that permanent shuffles it/them into his or her library, then reveals the top card of his or her library. If it's a permanent card, he or she puts it onto the battlefield.

@TheDevicer That wouldn't target, and so would not be blocked by hexproof, yeah? Looks great!

"114.9a Just because an object or player is being affected by a spell or ability doesn't make that object or player a target of that spell or ability. Unless that object or player is identified by the word "target" in the text of that spell or ability, or the rule for that keyword ability, it's not a target."

If your aim is to get rid of a hexproof creature, this won't do it. If you make it a tad different "target player shuffles a creature he or she controls into their library" kind of deal it gets around hexproof by not directly targeting the creature. Take a look at how Celestial Flare is worded and try something similar.

Perhaps
Enchantment Aura
Enchant equipment
Enchanted equipment gains "at the beginning of your upkeep suffle equiped creature into it owners library. Draw a card"

That sounds great, nice balance and hits what you wanted it to. Good job!
