Gift of living death
Instant
Each player gets an Artifact token named amulet of living death with hexproof and indescribable, cumulative upkeep and "when this Amulet of Living Death enters the battlefield it's controller's life becomes 0" and "you cannot lose the game"

Making this an instant doesn't seem right. This large an effect needs to be at sorcery speed, both for flavor reasons and for gameplay reasons.

Hey, no complaints about the wording lol, I chose making it instant because if you cast it on your opponents turn it's kind of making it harder for you than your opponent, gameplay wise it makes no difference it makes no difference if it's sorcery or instant, flavour wise it's fitting you'd gift someone something in their benefit and not your own

Flavorwise, the big spells need to be sorceries. Instants are kind of meant to be mind tricks that are more subtle than flashy. There are obviously exceptions, but that's the gist.
Here's how I would word it:
Gift of Living Death
Sorcery - 3
Put a colorless artifact token named Amulet of Living Death with hexproof, indestructible and cumulative upkeep onto the battlefield for each player. It has "When this artifact enters the battlefield, your life total becomes zero." and "You cannot lose the game."

I think cumulative upkeep is a little much. A larger, constant cost such as "At the beginning of your upkeep, pay or sacrifice CARDNAME." would be more reasonable. Then again, cumulative upkeep also adds ways to abuse counters. Either way, great custom card.

ABadMagicPlayer100 because cumulative upkeep means that there will be an end to the game, upkeep means as long as everyone has 5 mana the game will never end
