Is this a thing now? :)
Also, the second ability seems a bit confusing. Maybe make a Construct that grants him +X/+X, where X is the converted mana cost of the artifact?

Thanks guys!
I like your idea Watermelon, and it's easier to understand--but I wanted him to make Constructs!

Fair enough. I don't know much about the lore around GL.

FAMOUSWATERMELON- what part's confusing?
this is completely anti legendary artifact lol. and flying makes sense to Green Lantern but not to green... :/

I don't see why he needs to get a pump. Just to increase the power level? He makes construct copies of artifacts, it just gives them a subtype, which may be unnecessary for normal artifacts like Darksteel Relic but it is flavorful.

Well, there's lots to copy that isn't Legendary...and thanks to the new Legend rule you can't use it simply to blow up your opponent's Legendaries.
Flying bends the rules a bit for green, but it has been done before. Canopy Dragon, Scryb Sprites, Skinshifter

Yeah, Green Lantern actually probably wouldn't be green. He'd probably be white black. Hal Jordan is a very self-interested character who learns to use his acquired power for the good of the colony.

I'm thinking his "self-interest" is more red than black.

+1. Seems balanced and juicy.
