Yeah, Im pretty sure that art was used already, and the name Erayo, Soratami Ascendant.

Looks like you've taken the image down.
Suggestions: Use Magic Set Editor, and look on DeviantArt to find artwork that fits the card that's no copyrighted.

Huh, I can see it on my phone. Weird.
Anyway, this is somewhat better than Hanna, Ship's Navigator. Hexproof, access to black for commander, no tap cost on the ability... It is limited in the 3-CMC restriction and enchantments only, but it still feels too powerful. A tap cost would go a long way. Alternately, an Aura-only restriction could work.

I think you shouldn't use copyrighted art.

Also, the wording on the ability is off standard.
"Return target enchantment card with converted mana cost three or less from your graveyard to the battlefield. If it's an Aura card, you may attach it to ~."
