search your library for an artifact card and remove it from the game. whenever you play an artifact spell, the opponent gets a copy of the selected card.

it was intended for EDH abuse. I agree not black, but I wasnt really sure. black like giving bad vibes, though.
anyhow, lets change it to an enchantment to make it deal-able.

As an enchantment, it's fine because it has you run subpar or build-around cards in your deck, and it can be dealt with. Better yet, make it an artifact.

We make it a mix of Mirrorworks and Prototype Portal

Imprint - When NAME enters the battlefield, you may exile an artifact card from your hand.Whenever an opponent casts a spell, that opponent puts a token that is a copy of the imprinted artifact onto the battlefield unless they pay 1.
