Preferable timestream- 5
spells your opponents control go to the bottom of the stack instead of the top.

3+u- choose target word on a card with an effect currently resolving. if you do, treat the card's ability as if it ended there until the end of the turn. this cannot cause the card's ability to not make sense.

preferable timestream. make it an instant (with split second or uncounterable if it's preferable) that lets you entirely rearrange all spells on the stack.

the second one would in essence shorten the teaxt os a card, if you activate it after an opponent casts Hero's Downfall naming creature, then it won't be able to target a planeswalker.

Oh. Well, it's worded impossibly to understand. The time seems weird and only sort useful.

Try: "Change the text on target spell or ability so that all words after target word are ignored."

As a pseudo casual player, I have no idea what either of these cards do.
That being said, the effects make sense, but seem not worth playing.
