Jarad, Sovereign of the Swarm

I like Mausoleum Secrets, as that card is different from most "tutors" in that it requires a player to be slightly more strategic than do similar cards, but I still find that card to be somewhat narrow, so I have made a creature who has an ability that is very similar to that of this card, as seen, below:

Jarad, Sovereign of the Swarm Show

Casting Cost: {3}{B}{G}

Legendary Creature - zombie elf shaman

Power/Toughness: 3/3

Deathtouch.

When Jarad, sovereign of the swarm enters the battlefield, mill a card, then search your library for a black and/or green card with mana value less than or equal to the number of cards in your graveyard, reveal that card, and put it into your hand, then shuffle your library.

As great as Mausoleum Secrets is, I do have several reasons for which I am making a slightly better version of it: it can find cards of only a single color, it does not put any cards into its caster's graveyard, and it counts only creature cards, so this new version of Jarad addresses all of those issues.

What does everyone else say, about this card? How well did I do, with it?

It's a nice middle of the road between Mausoleum Secrets and Rune-Scarred Demon. There's probably some silly reanimation loops (Victimize, Eternal Witness?)you could use this for, which might make it play way better than it looks. The fact that it searches for it's own combo pieces might prove problematic in practice, but probably no more than Prime Speaker Vannifar does.

"And/or" is redundant, if it says "or" it can already find all the cards that are "and".
