NOTE: Edited from suggestions.

Blight

Legendary Land

Blight enters the battlefield tapped.

Tap: 1Colorless.

Tap: Target land becomes a copy of Blight.

Lose 1 life whenever a land is sacrificed for each land in its owner's graveyard.

Blight Vine

2Gen, 1Black, 1Green

Creature - Plant

Defender, Deathtouch

Whenever Blight Vine destroys a creature, you may re-name target land to "Blight", and make that land Legendary. That land may only tap for colorless mana. Put a -1/-1 counter on Blight Vine.

The Infinite Desolation

5Gen, 1Black, 1White

Enchantment

For each of the first two spells you cast each turn, change the name of one land controlled by each player to "Blight". That land may only tap for colorless mana, and is Legendary in addition to its other types.

Whenever a land enters a graveyard, you may exile all cards in that graveyard.

You win the game if all lands on the battlefield are named Blight.

Seeds of Infection

2Gen, 1Black, 1Green

Sorcery

Three target permanents become Legendary.

Emrakul, Avatar of Nothing

8Gen, 1Black, 1White

Legendary Creature - Avatar

Delve, Shroud

Emrakul, Avatar of Nothing gets +1/+1 for each Blight on the battlefield.

Emrakul, Avatar of Nothing loses Shroud until your next upkeep if a player has cast two or more spells this turn.

Each time a land is sacrificed, exile it and put a +1/+1 counter on Emrakul, Avatar of Nothing. You may only delve lands to cast Emrakul, Avatar of Nothing.

5/4

TLDR: Re-naming lands and making them Legendary to force the opponent to sacrifice them.

for "Blight" i don't think you can have the ability check which lands were sacrificed before hand.

for the vine, it requires that you have some way to increase its power otherwise it will never kill anything.

infinite desolation sounds like a scary idea. Gitaxian Probe destroys land now? shudders. be super careful with this one.

seed: this is going to be a bad play in almost any scenario. because if my understanding of the rules is accurate, if they have two goblin guides, if you make 1 of them legendary they do not have to sacrifice either creature. since the rulings on legendary are "f two or more legendary permanents with the same name are in play under one player's control at the same time, the player chooses and sacrifices one." so overall it would be a bad card to play.

emmy: please dont give emmy delve. this monster is scary enough. there is no need to get this out for 2-4 mana. please no.

@Aholder7, taking that into account and adjusting accordingly. Leaving Seed as it is, since it is meant entirely for land destruction - make three Plains legendary, two of them have to be sacrificed. Thinking of increasing its mana cost - against one or two color decks this is destroying two lands for four mana.

i think the cost for seed would be fine at 4. because mono decks are not that common. most likely youll only get one land with this. and the other two lands are awkwardly legendary.
